- We accept returns for refund or credit within 15 days of shipping as long as items are in an unused or unopened condition.
- If you received incorrect or damaged items, we will credit you for the return shipping costs. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect or damaged items.
- Damaged items can not be refunded unless damage was incurred during shipping.
- A restocking fee of 20% may be charged for returns on orders over $500.
- Credit card processing fees may be charged on returns over $100.
- We strongly suggest shipping your return using a trackable method with insurance such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for return packages that are not received.
- We ship USPS Priority Mail. We will provide a tracking number upon request. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your items if you live within the continental US. We normally ship several times a week.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the item is not available and ask if you would like to back-order it.
